3. What suggestions did the author make about using a high ISO? Use high ISO when there is not enough light
4. At the camera near you, please tell me what ISO's are available on your camera?

The pupil.
2. Finish this sentence - the smaller the Aperture the larger the F-number, the higher the Aperture the smaller the F-number.
3. In your own words tell me how aperture impacts Depth of Field?
The smaller the Aperture the background and foreground object will be sharp while the larger the Aperture the background will be blurry and the foreground objects will be sharp.
4. With the camera near you - tell me the F stops available on the lens currently attached.

Africa Black & White
1. I liked the powepoint it had some nice pictures of the animals.
My favorite photo was the one with the two zebras it makes them the subject its so simple but the zebras lines pop out it makes them look beautiful.
3. Nick Brandt uses a pentax 6711.
His reason for taking these photos is to memorialize the vanishing natural grandeur of East Africa.
Brandt's hope is for people to undestand that animals, humans, non humans are equal. And They used to exist in the wild but because of us not many do now. He shows them in the state of being where they no longer are." To me, every creature, humar or nonhuman, has an equal right to live, and this feeling, this belief that every animal and i are equal, affects me every time i frame an animal in my picture."

academic Shoot Reflection
1. The challanges i encountered was trying to find people doing their work not paying attetion to us or posing. Also it was difficult to take pictures of the rules happening like framing.
2. Focus was the technical aspect i most tought about because i was trying to make the person or thing be the subject of the picture and at the same time follow the rule.
3. I would focus more in the rules and subject of the picture.
4. I would focus it the same.
5. The easiest rule would probably be balance.
6. The hardest would be framing.
7. Hmm probably framing.

Rule of thirds
I followed the rule of thirds somewhat good i could of done better.
The subject is the guy sitting down reading a book.
I think it is clear he is the subject but then again there is other people taking him away from being the topic of the picture.
I could of made him be more at the corner and made sure they were not in the picture just him.
Mergers
I did well in taking a taking a picture of a merger happening because the guy in the left is cut off.
The subject is the girl reading her book and touching her lip.
I say yes, it is clear shes the subject because the picture is focused on her.
Balance
I did well except for the busy background.
the subject is the two guys and the girl wearing white in the back because they make a triangle.
Its somewhat clear what the topic is except for the busy background.
I could of maybe cut off the non important things and people in the back.
Simplicity
I did good its simple from the back .
The girl is the subject.
i think it is clear the girl is the subject.
It would of been better if the white and gray picture and gray door things were cut off.
Framing
Ehh i somewhat followed the rule not so good the drums and shelfs are framing the kid.
The subject is they guy turned from his back.
The subject is somewhat clear because people can get confused and think its the drum or the band shelf things.
i should of framed it better.
Lines
i think i followed the rule good because the gray lines of the doors thing leads to the girl which is the subject. people can probably figure out she is the subject.

Post Shoot Reflection
1. The challenge that i struggled the most was finding something/somebody angry.
2. I mostly thought about the focus more so my subject would be the main focus in the picture.
3. Now that i learned the rules i would try to take pictures with trees or something framing it to make it a better picture.
4. I would do the same pictures maybe but now i would put the rules in place.
6. I Would because i now learned the basic rules so i can make my pictures look better by framing it,and making sure the backround isnt so busy.

Bastrop Fire 2011
When i look at this picture it scares me to see how bad the fire was, and how some familys lost their home like shown above. It feels terrible to see this because someone took days, weeks, maybe even months, or years to build this and it was destroyed in minutes. They lost it all i cant imagine this happening to me.
