All the shiny blue windows make lines go through the whole building which make it a pattern.

This is an example of a details photo because its zoomed in to the point where you can see the unique details.
They have a cool art and little balls and drawings which are the details in the photo you can also see the texture.
Surroundings
This a surrounding photo because it shows the whole capital and trees and other buildings surrounding.
All the trees and grass and the baseball looking thing surround it.
